Hello California! 
I am excited to announce that I will be hosting a workshop in California. This is a great opportunity to learn how to pipe a real flower.

Whether you’re new to flower piping and knife/palette sculpture, looking to enhance your skills, or aiming to start your own home bakery or small business, this is an excellent opportunity to elevate your craft and move closer to your dreams.

### 1. Beanpastecream flower. 
Basic Piping Flowers on Cupcakes
 – August 24th 

**Content:**
- Realistic bean paste flower piping techniques
-pianist beanpastecream recipe
- Color gradation
-  Flower arrangements ( styling of flowers on cupcake )
- Flowers: Rose, Anemonebon Duck, Apple Blossom, Scabiosa, Cosmos, Leaves, Flower Branch
-How to modifi the flower tip (pianist style) 

### 2. Advanced Piping Flowers on Real Cupcakes – August 25
**Course Content:**
- Advanced beancream flower piping techniques
- Color matching
- How to make beancream for flower piping
- Flower arrangements ( styling of flowers on cupcake )
- Flowers: peony . Juliette Rose
Cream Heart Rose, scabiosa, matricaria
-How to modifi the flower tip (pianist style) 

### 4. Beanpastecream Advanced Palette/Knife & Piping Flowers Class (Dummy Cake) – August 28,
**Course Content:**
- Realistic flower branch piping
- Art knife petal representation
- Color gradation
- Flower arrangements
- Flowers: Vintage Anemone, Mini Rose, Small Flowers, Leaves

### 5. Beanpastecream Advanced Palette/Knife Class (Dummy Cake) – August 29, 
**Course Content:**
- Advanced knife positions and theory
- Techniques for three-dimensional petals
- Color gradation
- Flower arrangements
- Flowers: Tulips, Broad-Blown Flowers, Leaves, Branches

We have organized a variety of courses for our workshop in Orange County, offering both basic and advanced classes on piping and palette/knife flowers.

Time : Am 9:30 pm 5:00  

- A 10% discount on the total price is available for those who sign up for multiple courses.
-Discounts are also applied when applying with friends or family
- All necessary tools and materials will be provided for each class.
- Participants will receive a hardcover certificate from
PCAA ( pianistcake art Association ) apon completion of each course.
- Lunch will be provided.
